I’m not a Buddhist, nor do I follow any other religion. In fact, I don’t adhere to any particular faith, but I do find value in some of the Buddha’s teachings.
My personal theory, like a formula for life, is:
Life = Action * Time
if action = 0 => Life = nothing
if time = 0 > Life = nothing
The action and time must be greater that zero and positive
0 < action < perfect
0 < time < 100
I stopped seeking it for several years after realizing that the true value of life lies in its meaning. The reason I continue to live is to bring benefit to the Earth and to support the great people who spread goodness. Good and bad still remain with us, even as life continues to unfold.
A great life is one that creates something good and shares it with others. A beautiful life begins within us and spreads joy, inspiring everything around us to flourish and smile

In an ideal situation, my answer would be: I don’t believe in God or follow any religion. I understand them all, as well as the nature of things. The truth cannot be faked by anyone.
